I just set up a mirror earlier this month.  I guess the person who
updates the web page is busy, because I haven't seen it show up yet.
Anyway, you're welcome to try ours:

  CVSROOT=:ext:anoncvs@anoncvs.src.uchicago.edu:/cvs
  CVS_RSH=ssh

It's a wimpy box right now, but since no one knows about it you may
actually get decent response.
