Hello,
i am kinnda in a fix here, and i thought maybe some can help me out... I have a CVS Dir which contains a files and dir...when I transferred it from one machine to another, I somehow managed to screw up the perms on it(I forgot my umask was set to 022)..Now whenever I try to do a cvs checkout, it fails as the dirs need to be of perm 775. Is ther a way to chmod 755 all the dirs in the CVSROOT, and not touch the file perms? Is find able to do this, and we can passs xargs to it or something... So basically here is what I want: All dirs in CVROOT perm 775 and all files to perm 665. Thanks-- Kevin |
