mac68k 2.4 hangs when initializing mc0

I've installed OpenBSD 2.4 on my Quadra/Centris 660av Macintosh, using all
the sets available pulled from ftp.openbsd.org. Most things seem to work
fine, but when I try and configure mc0 the system hangs. mc0 is the
driver for the MACE chipset for the onboard ethernet.

I do see mc0 listed in the dmesg. The command that hangs the system is
"ifconfig mc0 inet 204.145.227.10 netmask 255.255.255.248". I've also hung
the system on boot by specifying that dhclient should assign the IP
address for the interface. I have had the interface working under NetBSD
1.3.

Thank you...

Bob
