I can't off the top of my head think of any real, like used for real
reason you'd need to run it outside the jail. Why would you?
I mean sure, stuff like httpd you sometimes need to do this and
accept some risk. but named? what are you doing with named that it would
not work chrooted - oh, and running it in test mode on some other port
I don't think is "real".
I'm all for removing the option unless there's a legitimate
reason people might need to run without it, and I certainly can't think
of any reason myself. Does anyone have something out there that
won't work jailed?
