2.8 & 2.9 PROBLEMS

In advance I will apologize if I have not completed all efforts before
emailing.  I have read all FAQs and online documentation and I am still have
the same problem.

I have installed both 2.8 and 2.9; one at a time, onto a Dell OptiPlex GX1
successfully using floppy28.fs and floppy29.fs.

The problem is that after rebooting from the successful install, I am unable
to mount the cdrom, fd0 and /usr/src/sys and all subdirectories are not
defined and /mnt has no files.  The source files were loaded from cd0
successfully.  The symbolic link is in place for /sys -> /usr/src/sys
however there is no files under /usr/src.

I have attached the dmesg out from the 2.9 load.

Thanks in advance for assistance.  Again, if I need to read additional
information, please direct me there.
