ipf documentation bug

In part 6 of the faq http://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq6.html there seems to be an erroneous line
regarding ipf.  If this is the way it is supposed to be then I wonder why it is different than
similar lines at this url http://www.obfuscation.org/ipf/ipf-howto.txt...

block out quick on fxp0 from any to 127.0.0.1/8
