>Description:
If networking is not configured earlier in the install, at the time
of the ssl library installation the user is prompted to configure
networking. But the user is not told that this networking configuration
will be left as a permanent network configuration on disk. Unless
the user is given the option of making this temporary, the networking
configuration prompt should tell the user that the change will be
written to disk. Installs are often done with a network connection
that will not be available during normal use, and it's an extra
bother to have to remove a network config that was only used for
        installation of the ssl libraries.
