	During the install process, the user is prompted for the installation
        of the crypto libraries. However, if the FTP site selected as the
        source of the library rejects login (e.g. too many ftp users), the
        install process does not give the user the oportunity to retry. Yes
        the libraries can be installed later, but thats an extra hassle.
