Mountain Dew and doughnuts...
because breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
>Release: OpenBSD -current
>Environment:
System : OpenBSD 2.8
Architecture: OpenBSD.i386
Machine : i386
>Description:
In the /etc/rc packaged with the latest snapshot, /usr/sbin/sendmail
is only started if both sendmail_flags is set and /usr/sbin/sendmail.cf
exists. However, since /usr/bin/sendmail is a wrapper that can also
be used for mailers which don't use sendmail.cf (postfix in my case)
it fails to start the wrapper when needed.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install postfix, don't have a sendmail.cf
>Fix:
Possibly remove the check for sendmail.cf, although that might
have been added to keep sendmail from freezing, I don't know.
