Commit of 4.9-RC bug fix in kern/57453 possible before 4.9 release?

Could someone please look at committing the suggested fix in http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=57453 before 4.9-RELEASE?

This is a one line fix, which stops a boot time hang for the if_kue USB NIC driver.

This may also affect 5.X although I have not checked yet.
