ideal laptop recommendations?

Just keep in mind that Latitudes are the high quality corporate line,
and Inspirons are the "other" line.  

The Latitudes are actually sold by a separate legal entity which serves
corporate customers.  (At least that is what they told me when they
demanded sales tax.)
