You need to make sure you have latest version of ports tree and upgrade all
of your installed ports. In the latest version of
print/gnome-cups-manager/Makefile has this:

	@${REINPLACE_CMD} -e 's|/usr/share|${LOCALBASE}/share|g' \
		${WRKSRC}/libgnomecups/gnome-cups-ui-driver.c
