Problem with Swedish Keyboard after XFree86 and Gnome upgrade

Perhaps this is not the right list for you to be using.  Have you tried
posting on questions_(_at_)_?

gnomeapplets2 has an applet called gkb that lets you switch keyboard
layouts.
