Thanks to this final translation by Wouter, we (As doc-nl team)  
achieved a major milestone. This milestone
means that the handbook is -fully- translated as we speak. Ofcourse  
changes will keep coming, and versions
need to remain in sync. But almost five years after the original  
start. The handbook is now translated.
